My date for applying online approval was last year and is going to be one year, does anybody know what is the procedure?

Good day ,
Refer to the above subject ,We would like to inform and ensure that the approval for internal & external trainers through online DM service on yearly basis and the validity for approval is One year only , so all the trainers shall renew their approval when it is expired following the same procedure and considering the updating requirement from DM food control department.
