Hello everybody,
I is years since I have asked a question, as ill health I forced my retirement.
I am no chemist, so could someone remind me what the chemical formula is for the breakdown of sodium hypochlorite, all I can remember is that it leaves, oxygen, water and salt and the latter corrodes steel in such places as the threads on the adjustment screws on preparation table legs and also causes rust on knives.
Thank you, now I have to get back to my new job of writing novels.
Kind regards to you all
Richard Chivers

I don't know the specifics but the aftermath you note is a problem. I, semi-retired, a few years ago and love it. Enjoy catching up on your projects.
