A friend of mine runs a vegan restaurant and has developed a very popular line in what are known in the UK as Yorkshire Puddings - a very basic batter mix comprising flour, eggs and milk poured into hot fat or oil and cooked at high temperature for about 20 mins.

She is trying to find an alternative to the eggs and I wondered if anyone on this list had any ideas.

Thanks for all contributions

And for those who celebrate Christmas, I hope you have an excellent time!

Kind regards

Richard
