DIN EN 1499 and 1500

I wonder if anyone has knowledge of:

DIN EN 1499.  Chemical disinfectants and antiseptics - Hygienic handwash - Test method and requirements.

DIN EN 1500 Chemical disinfectants and antiseptics - Hygienic handrub - Test method and requirements.

I believe it is a standard that specifies how sanitation chemicals are tested.  One of our UK food standards now requires the disinfectants used for hands to comply sand I would like to know if the standard only applies to the constituents of the chemicals or whether it specifies how the hand sanitiser is used.

And yes, I know I can buy the spec but as I’m just about retired I’m loathe to spend 130+ Euros on something I will not use more than once.
