I've got a meeting coming up that I'd like to use a funny video or two
for. Anyone have suggestions for something quality- or food safety-
related? I doubt I'll find anything, but I would be particularly
interested in something funny regarding root cause.
Thanks in advance....

This 8-minute video has been produced by the Food Standards Agency. It
demonstrates the importance of good food hygiene, focusing on the 4 Cs
(Cleaning, Cooking, Chilling and Cross-contamination).

Hi Jon,
For consumer food safety, I like the 5-minute "Trixie and Lavern Just
Don't Get It: Kitchen Mistakes and Mishaps." Trouble is, I'm not sure
where to send you to obtain a copy. (I ordered mine from Michigan State
Univ, but I no longer have the details.) There is some information
about it at:

These are just wonderful! as well as funny. I plan to use them during the
"gathering" time before my training meetings and during break times. I
wonder, can these be recorded on a CD? or purchased somewhere? I'd love to
use them for new staff training purposes bc they're aimed at the right
level. We have difficulty making this type of message interesting and
attention grabbing. These short videos certainly would do both. Digna
