You can attach the cheque/ DD along with the form and submit it to Lele ma'am for endorsement.

The form will then be sent to Shalini ma'am who is the treasurer.

She prefers a combined cheque, so Namrata, Nidhi, Avani and I have already prepared a combined cheque for ourselves.

We'll be submitting it on Monday.
