Dear FoodOn Farm-to-Fork Food Ontology Consortium,

I'm currently working with the Technical Information Library (TIB) in Germany on the curation of papers related to the acquisition and representation of food knowledge, its storage, querying and diffusion to different stakeholders using Open Research Knowledge Graph (ORKG - orkg.org) platform.

ORKG is an open research infrastructure used to design, acquire, publish and process structured scholarly knowledge published in the scholarly literature.

I want to have the opinion of the Consortium on the resources that I created to describe papers related to food ontologies construction, description, integration and metrics:
1- Templates to register insights got from the papers
- Template describing ontologies construction: https://orkg.org/template/R194212
- Template describing ontologies constructed: https://orkg.org/template/R143669
- Template describing ontologies integration: https://orkg.org/template/R195759
- Template presenting ontologies metrics: https://orkg.org/template/R194267

2- Contributions
These templates allowed us to curate many papers by identifying the different contributions of these papers.
Examples of contributions:

3- Comparisons
These contributions allowed us to compare papers related to food ontologies. Thus, we created 4 comparisons:
- Food ontologies construction: https://orkg.org/comparison/R199176/
- Food ontologies description: https://orkg.org/comparison/R199177/
- Food ontologies metrics: https://orkg.org/comparison/R199179/
- Food ontologies integration: https://orkg.org/comparison/R199178/

Please feel free to comment, ask questions or contribute to this ongoing work.
