Dear FoodOn Farm-to-Fork Food Ontology Consortium,
I'm currently working
with the Technical Information Library (TIB) in Germany on the curation
of papers related to the acquisition and representation of food
knowledge, its storage, querying and diffusion to different stakeholders
using Open Research Knowledge Graph (ORKG -
orkg.org) platform.
ORKG
is an open research infrastructure used to design, acquire, publish and
process structured scholarly knowledge published in the scholarly
literature.
I want to have the opinion of
the Consortium on the resources that I created to describe papers
related to food ontologies construction, description, integration and
metrics:
