IFOW 2023 schedule on Wednesday July 19th in Sherbrooke as part of FOIS 2023

We have the finalized IFOW schedule for Wednesday afternoon, July 19th, as two moderated sessions, each with some Q&A time for each presentation followed by moderated discussion time.  The accepted papers span the spectrum of food composition and internationalization of food vocabulary on the one hand, to the details of representing multi-component food processing and related food safety and production company entities. Tentative presenters are in bold.
