FoodOn Wednesday Curation zoom at 9am pacific time

The weekly FoodOn curation meeting on Wednesdays at 9am Pacific time will run until August. For those of you that are not actively involved in FoodOn development you can consider it a drop-in opportunity as desired to raise issues or discuss new terminology. Upcoming agenda for the call is in the FoodOn zoom call document.

The next zoom will be on Wednesday March 4^th. Into the near future we need to curate the MIFC standard’s picklist category items into FoodOn. There is a Google sheet now of all the MIFC terms that need to be curated and mapped to FoodOn, starting with items in these lists:

FoodStorageTemperatureState

Later, an idea we will try is to focus every 2^nd (or odd numbered date) curation meeting on technical ontology stuff.
