The Common’s Potato Patch

Swedish artist Åsa Sonjasdotter will present her work on diversity, knowledge and power by looking into the cultural planting of the potato. Sonjasdotter is initiating The Common’s Potato Patch in Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park in Cincinnati, where potato varieties will be grown that for different reasons have no owner, they belong to the Cultural Common. She will bring some samples of the varieties of potatoes she’s planting and tell some of their specific stories.
