Dear Students,

We are now accepting applications for the Spring 2016 FOOD CULTURE+ARCHITECTURE+DESIGN in Italy program.

The Spring 2016 FOOD CULTURE+ARCHITECTURE+DESIGN in Italy program is a 17-week program that takes place from January 15 to May 14, 2016 in Rome, Italy

The program is open to all majors, and all students, degree-seeking or not.

Food Writing with five senses
Food Systems and Anthropology of food in Italy
Food Design
Sustainable Architecture in Italy
Italian Language
