Timezone problems with Outlook

Thanks for your feedback. We have limited access to Outlook for testing, and your help is therefore very much appreciated.

There is three different allowed time representations in the iCalendar standard (RFC2445):

* FORM #1: DATE WITH LOCAL TIME
* FORM #2: DATE WITH UTC TIME
* FORM #3: DATE WITH LOCAL TIME AND TIME ZONE REFERENCE

Foodle was using Form #3, which appeared to not be working 100% with Microsoft Outlook in Office 2010 for Windows.

A patch was applied April 4th 2011 to switch to Form #2. This has been tested with a few calendars on Mac. But I would like help to test this modifications with other calendars as well. Please report back to me any problems (related to Timezones).

One known drawback of using Form #2, which was the reason I implemented #3 in the first place, is that calendars may not show the orgigin timezone the entry was made in (something that might be useful). This is less important though, than compatibility with Outlook.
