As you know that our college is now NBA accredited with our department getting the maximum score in the last accreditation process in KEC. Hence in further continuance of the supporting records it is requested to provide employers' feedback.

Please find the attached form pertaining to the feedback required from the employers who recruited you. The feedback is requested from current employer company, and also former company (if job company changed).

KEEP THE FILLED COPY WITH YOU SECUREDLY.

Kindly send me the scanned copy of the feedback as soon as possible by 30.12.2019.
