I can validate it did used to work that way for sure, MM stuff into SMS... but I am pretty darn sure it was open both ways in past too, I know it was..... and yes, unlocking an SMS serial into MM start/hub screen with license box did used to accept SMS serials... I am almost positive it did in older versions... so it was both ways... or even 3-4 ways with other Magix Products too, Acid, Samplitude Pro X, etc, etc..... Thats how I collected so many of my favorite add on features, loops, and instruments.... maybe it was up until a few years ago when I had a family leave from music for 2-3 years of health care support, but I swear it all used to work "together". I do have a faint memory of something not working that way in past once, I got support help, and they offset it with some offers... it may have been old 32 bit stuff in newer 64 bit programs... can't recall at the moment....
Maybe I'm losing my mind... I don't see it listed in File Formats for any of the new products besides Acid Pro itself....not Even Samplitude Pro X8 (which totally doesn't make any studio sense).... somebody get me another cup of coffee.... Magix madness last handful of days is making me dizzy.... lol...gasp
Help, Music makers sound in the program is completely fine, it's when i go out of the program to view or listen to videos or music, it will cancel the audio completely. So I have to restart my computer to get sound back. How do I fix this ???
Im not sure if i have the same problem but music maker works but it mutes every other audio
it makes it so if im in a call my mic and audio both go to music maker not the call or both like other applications
I loaded the WAV file and opened the midi editor. That's where I get stuck, because there are NO instructions on how to turn the wave file into sheet music. The Help indeex supposes the person knows how to do it already.
But the question still stands, what are the steps to turn the instrument track into sheet music in Music Studio and print it out?? What buttons do we press to unlock the scoring elements in Midi editor, and how do we get the track into midi editor so it can be turned into sheet music??
For a simple wav to midi conversion program such as intelliscore, the price is $88 ($40 cheaper)... and it will spit out sheet music. This makes Samplitude Music Studio totally worthless! I was told to upgrade to Samplitude because it converts a wav file to midi and scoring was much simpler and straightforward.

If you do not know the detailed steps on how to to turn music into sheet music in Samplitude Music studio, shut the fuck up. Your opinion and rants just cause problems and does not answer the question asked!

MAGIX Music Studio 2016 is powerful, well-designed piece of software. I look at it as a software of two layers. First, as a rock musician and a hobbyist recording engineer, I can find everything I need and make use of this software quickly and easily. Second, learning everything else that this software can do seems like a much larger task, but one that is definitely worth pursuing.
Revolta is a synthesizer. Each track is equipped with one. It seems to combine two oscillators that can produce a sine, sawtooth, or a square wave and apply a number of effects, which sounds to me like a recipe for electronic music (i.e., pads). I could not fully test it, as I get a message to enable ASIO/WASAPI, software monitoring, and input monitoring. I am still struggling with figuring it out. I noted it here mostly to show that there are a lot of pieces to this software that I cannot explore in the 7 days that I have.
