Healthy Lifestyle Education Series: “Eating Smart-Being Active”

Start the new year out right….Taking care of yourself is the first step to a healthy lifestyle. Our instructor, University of Missouri Extension Nutrition Program Associate Juana Lopez, will demonstrate how to cook healthy, plan economical meals, measure portions, read food labels and exercise. Sample the food that is demonstrated.

This six week series starts Monday, January 8, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. and continues each Monday night through February 12th. Attending all classes is important. The classes are FREE; registration is required by contacting Sara at (816) 356-6986 or e-mailing: indephea...@gmail.com.
