We also welcomed our four new officers: Treasurer Marina Drenovac,
Secretary Seth Nemeroff, Community Affairs Coordinator David Fleit,
and Volunteer Coordinator Jennifer Leao.
Elections for the 2012-2013 Executive Board will be held at the next
meeting on April 3, 2012. See details of each position below - if you

One last VERY IMPORTANT thing! In order to vote, ALL members need to
join Baruch's "Collegiate Link" website at

Use your student pin number (same one you use to log onto computers)
as your login and the accompanying password. Please do this asap so
that we can all take part in the glorious democratic process that
is...the election.
Position Descriptions:
President
• Preside over meetings
• Provide group organization and direction
• Represent group and serve as liaison with Baruch faculty,
administration, alumni,
the GSA, and other student groups
• Assist Secretary in keeping group archives; share with incoming
executive board
• Assist Treasurer in managing group's financials
• Attend officers' training workshop
Vice President
• Serve in President's absence
• Assume responsibility for planning, promoting and executing group
events;
provide leadership for group subcommittees
• Represent group and serve as liaison with Baruch faculty,
administration, alumni,
the GSA, and other student groups
Secretary
• Take meeting minutes and disseminate to active members at their
request
• Communicate group announcements via CollegiateLink/Facebook/other
social
media outlets
• Maintain roster of active members (CollegiateLink)
Treasurer
• Manage group's financials according to CUNY guidelines
• Prepare and present group's annual budget proposal to Graduate
Student
