Hello Foodies! I thought it might be helpful to share the new NPK posting schedule. Now that the Food Action Team week is being used for a monthly “what to do in the garden” post, the second week will be available for announcement of upcoming events such as the “Cooks and Books” or “Seed Library”, etc. If there are no time-sensitive announcements, it will be an opportunity for one of you to create a post on a topic of interest. Please remember that these aren’t meant to be articles, they are quick tidbits/insights that someone can absorb while walking down the street. Please contact me (an...@growingpeace.net) if you have a suggestion for the second posting of the month, otherwise the first posting can stay up for two weeks.
Here is the new schedule:
1st week - Anna Cassilly will send a “what to do in the garden this month” from the Food Action Team.
2nd week - will be used for announcements about upcoming garden related events or guest writers (Anna Cassilly will coordinate this.) If there are neither of these, the first post could stay up a second week.
3rd week - will be a post from Ann Schauber from the Master Gardeners.
4th week - will be a post from Ana Demorest from the Evening Garden Club.
Interesting that we have an Anna, Ana and Ann on the team. So it might be helpful if you include last names or at least initial if communicating about this project. 😊
Please le me know if you have any questions.

“Every morning I awake torn between a desire to save the world and an inclination to savor it. This makes it hard to plan the day. But if we forget to savor the world, what possible reason do we have for saving it? In a way, the savoring must come first.”
