Seeking volunteers to help at the March 12th Sustainability Fair

Hello Food Action team Members!

The annual Sustainability Fair is just around the corner, and we’re looking for 2–3 volunteers to help staff the Food Action Team table!

Event Details:
Thursday, March 12
5:00–7:00 PM (Set-up begins at 4:30 PM)

Volunteer Role:

• Help set up the table at 4:30 PM
• Spend time at the table from 5:00–7:00 PM sharing information about the Food Action Team (we’ll make sure you have everything you need!)
• Distribute our new Garden Resource Guide
• Encourage attendees to participate in a simple, low-lift “find-and-seek” activity using the guide
• Help break down the table at 7:00 PM as the Town Hall begins

You’ll also have time for breaks and to explore the other tables during the event.
