2025 Edible Garden Tour volunteer opportunities!

Hello Food Action Team,

We hope you're enjoying your summer! Behind the scenes, our Planning Team has been hard at work organizing this year’s Edible Garden Tour, and we’re thrilled to share the details with you:

Wednesday, August 14 from 5:00–8:00 PM

There are a lot of moving pieces to bring this event to life, and the Planning Team has done a fantastic job so far. Now, we could use a few extra hands to help with promotion and event-day logistics.

We're looking for 14 volunteers to serve as Tour Docents on the day of the event. There will be two different shifts to allow everyone time to visit the gardens. The first will be from 4:45 - 6:30 pm and the second from 6:30 - 8:15 pm.

Quick edit: Date of the Edible Garden Tour is THURSDAY,  8/14. We've attached the flyer, which provides all of the Garden locations, should that help determine if you can help out!

I can volunteer. Is there anyone in South Corvallis on the tour?  I’d like to be at a place closer than farther. Also. The date on Wednesday is August 13.
