Is there any way of changing the color of the default visualization for
foobar2000? I do not like the grey color, and was looking for somthing
more colorful, like red. Is there an option or a plugin? is it
impossible?

you must use Columns UI you can download it here http://music.morbo.org/

foobar2000/preferences/display/user interface module ,choose Columns UI ,restart Foobar2000,
then right click  the visualization, click choose back colour or choose fore colour.
