Fonty - wxPython version fixes

Hello Kartik,
Michael Hoeft and I got that issue fixed. The tarball (still 0.4) is up on the
FTP server (I uploaded last night, so it should be fresh now).

The wxPython requirement is version 2.8 or better.

Here are the strings to use for the description:
Line 1:
Find, view and manage font files of all kinds.

Para 2:
You can quickly view and filter arbitrary TTF, TTC, OTF or Type1 font files and
then gather them together into 'pogs' which can be installed or removed as
needed. In this way you control which fonts are installed on a per-project
basis.

Can you please release it as 0.4.1? I can't reuse different upstream
tarball with different version.

It will also help us in tracking issues :)

Urgh. Okay, will have to change a py file too, and some other places (like the
help). Gimme a little while.

Kartik,
I fixed it and re-uploaded. The ftp may take many hours to reflect but the new
filename is: fontypython-0.4.1.tar.gz (and .sig)
