Fonty 0.3.5 - with icon and desktop file

I hacked-in the .desktop file and an icon. They get installed during
setup.py. I could not find a single source of info about how to do it right
and so I have hardwired two directories:
/usr/share/pixmaps/fontypython.png
/usr/share/applications/fontypython.desktop

It works on my end - appears in the K menu under Graphics - but I don't know
what the packaging rules are.
That and repairs to the README are the only changes from 0.3.4 to 0.3.5
