Add regression tests for avar2 partial-instancing blockers

Partial instancing can delete live gvar and ItemVariationStore deltas when
VarStore.getExtremes underestimates a reachable hidden-axis coordinate or
when a tent peak lies exactly at a retained boundary.

Also cover a truncated avar VarIdxMap crashing during offset compensation,
the avar1 refactor losing post-map F2Dot14 rounding and warping
pre-normalized distances, and an avar2 table without a VarStore
dereferencing None instead of taking the v1 normalization path.
