[cffLib] Make deleting CFF dict attributes actually remove them (#4264)

BaseDict loads attributes lazily from rawDict, so 'del topDict.Private'
raised AttributeError if Private had not been accessed yet, and if it
had, the next access just loaded it again from rawDict.

Fixes #2725
