Adding new icons to template

I'm using a template Vegan Restaurant.

Today i wanted to add a new icon and visited "fontello.com". I choosed an icon and copied it's orginal name. But didn't work on the template. I wondered how to add custom icons which already downloaded and setted before from fontello.
