I am writing for the first time in this forum to ask for your help in creating an app.
In particular I am trying to create an app for cataloguing archive documents.
This app will have to be used by many users.
To create the app I have created an exel file with the necessary table and data and have already tabulated it.
This exel file is placed within a teams group which all users can access once they have joined.
Going to create an app from an exel to create a 3-screen app the system does not allow me to select the exel file in teams but only from onedrive or sharepoint.
Whereas if I create an empty app and insert a gallery among the proposed connections I can also select exel online business, but if I follow this route I have more difficulty creating the other 2 pages and above all managing the formula for searching and filtering the data.
So my question is how do I create a 3-screen app by taking data from an exel file in teams (without turning it into sharepoint)?
And if I used the route of the file in onedrive, i.e. on my one drive, could other users still add rows to the exel file?

In any case, I am very sad but my problem remains. I try to explain it better.
I need to create an app for a digital document archive and have made use of the mechanism suggested by power app which is called "start from an exel file to create a 3-screen app". In this way, selecting an exel file in my drive automatically creates that 3-screen app and, very positively, the 'search' of the first screen works for me (I can find any word put in the list or parts of it.
Now I would like to do the same thing using an exel file in teasm so that everyone can interact with that file and so that if I am not available tomorrow the exel file remains only on my PC.
However, if I try to create an app with exel onlinebusiness or create the "3 schemate app" with sharepoint, it always happens that the search function stops working... and no matter how much I replicate the same formula, it no longer finds all the parts but only 1.
