Here is the date and location (Miami, Saturday in October - October 25, 2014 at 11:00 am) for Handing over /Taking Over / General Body meeting. Please make travel arrangements / book your flights, etc.... Anadan Niravel will give you more details about the location, hotel info etc.....  Please inform your association members also. Also need your help in getting advertisement from your Association and Businesses for FOMAA Souvenir, please contact J. Mathew Sir (914-450-1442) for details.

Thank you for your phone call the other day. Like we discussed let's go with the date mandated in the Bylaws for Handing over/taking over (Last Saturday in October - October 25, 2014) meeting in Miami, Florida. 

Treasurer Varughese philip: Please get ready to complete audit of accounts before this date.

Gen. secretary Gladson V: Please see that all notices go on time for Executive Committee meeting, General Council meeting etc. Minutes of last GC meeting to be presented in the EC and GC meetings. Please follow FOMAA Bylaws for directions.

Proposed Agenda for the day:

11:00 AM Executive Committee meeting

General Council Meeting

Handing Over/Taking over 

PS: As per decisions taken in previous meetings, Mr. J Mathews and team are working diligently to release FOMAA Souvenir on or before Handing over/ Taking over with Convention Pictures, Messages and family pictures from newly elected and current officials, member association news' other ads. etc. 

Your cooperation in getting advertisements will be greatly appreciated.
