Dear George, Gladson, Anandan & Shaji:


On behalf of the Indian American Community Foundation, we invite you
to the welcome reception in honor of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on
September 28, 2014.

The reception, billed as the US-India Friendship Event, will be held
at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Although this is a public event, the attendance is by invitation only
and seats are limited.

There are a couple of steps we have to take immediately to
ensure that we will be able to send a strong delegation.

Step #1: Your organization must register as a "Welcoming Partner"
online. You can register your organization by visiting
www.PMVisit.org/organizations. Upon completion of the registration,
you will be assigned an organizational code. The deadline for this is
August 23, 2014.

Step #2: Once you are assigned a code, encourage your members to sign
up for the event ticket. The deadline for the individual tickets is
August 31st.
