All the buildings… officer’s housing, NCO housing, barracks, cabins, etc… is rentable and my studio is just one of several businesses and schools on the grounds. I sublease the studio space (formerly the power house) from Centrum, which is the non-profit I mentioned. They have been there for 45 years.   Robin, I have only met Lauren once, when I was running sound at one of the venues during the Acoustic Blues Festival here. She was probably aware of the studio before I moved in, but I should reach out to her since it is quite different from my predecessor’s.
