Its an eclectic selection of options, but unfortunately, unlike GTA 3 cheats and GTA: San Andreas cheats, there is no GTA: Vice city money cheat. You'll have to earn those bucks the hard way. Or by gifting yourself an advanced weapons set and regenerating health.

These permanent cheats require you to reload to a prior save state, and so it makes sense to contain the chaos to a new file. Otherwise you could potentially mess up many, many hours of progress. Don't take that chance.

Here's the easy part. To activate a GTA: Vice City cheat, just load up your game and type in one of the codes listed below. There's no console command menu or anything like that: just type while in-game and enjoy your reward. Simple.

Notes:

At the time of making this trainer/mod menu, the last game update was: 1.04.5, released on October 18, 2022.

If the game gets updated, the cheats will stop working.

MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner overlay will interfere with ImGui menu overlay. so this mod menu likely will not work if MSI Afterburner overlay is on. If you have it on, close these programs and try again. any virus hits are false positives.

If, after injecting your menu still isn't drawing or showing up, try injecting while in "Windowed Fullscreen" or "Windowed" modes. Idk if it's just me, but sometimes, if you inject too much eventually the menu stops injecting properly, especially in true Fullscreen mode. So let me know in the comments, I know a fix and will give you an updated DLL that should work. Basically the fix is to add a delay (sleep timer somewhere between 3-10 seconds) before the menu draws.

For future updates:

so you must already know by now this menu will only work on the Rockstar Launcher version of the game. we might add player model/skin changer in a future update. Anyway, here's a ImGui menu, now you can activate your cheats without having to Alt+Tab for those who use a single monitor. This was kind of a big trainer to make, fixed lots of bugs while making it, but I might've missed some bugs, that's why I want you (the user) to try the trainer and give feedback. we will try our best to fix any issues.

People requested the Vehicle Fly/No-Clip and Vehicle Teleport cheats for Steam version, so that's the purpose of this release. No Vehicle Spawner and Color Changer in this one, sorry guys. I have included all the basic stuff that the Vice City trainer had. Inject the menu and wait 3 seconds then it should draw.

Setup:

1-)Delete Your All Cleo mods before install it. Because Bugs are will be in your Game.

2-) Your Gta vice city must be clear. If it's not maybe game will crash

3-)Installation is very simple. Drag all files to gta vice city folder. Enjoy!!

This game was my childhood. NGL I would have loved for them to have remade this game. Heck GTA 6 in the style of vice city would be amazing but from the leaked clips I doubt that's going to happen. The music, the story the game play it was great.

The original CheatDevice by Edison Carter was one of the first homebrews ever to run on firmwares 2.01, 2.5 and 2.6! It had a big fan base and lots of functionality added over time. Sadly the Liberty City version wasn't updated and thus missing out on fixes after Vice City Stories' release etc.

After over 15 years later, with this remastered version (remake actually) I re-created the whole project from ground up whenever I had some freetime. It is one plugin for both Stories Games now and compatible with all versions!! (excluding the Japanese releases)

When booting the game it will take a little longer to start as thats where all the magic happens. Once in-game, just like with the original, the menu can be opened and closed by pressing L + UP. And when saving your cheat preferences from the menu a config file will be created which automatically re-loads everything the next time you start the game. But there really is so much more so why don't you go take a look yourself..
