Total Contents Disappears

When I got my new phone which is marshmallow, and loaded all my folders again, I went to use it and everything I loaded inside the folder, in every folder, disappeared. I've tried it several times. Why is this happening?

I'd also like to know how to be able to keep the folders I created when I move from one phone to another. I always have to start all over again. Is there a way that everything can be saved and then transferred to a new phone?

Have you tried going to Folder Organizer's Preferences menu on the old phone and exporting the setup, then copying the exported file to your new phone, then importing it?

I understand this whole thing cuz I have the same problem. My other phone which was marshmallow and my new phone which is nugget both have the same issues. But my old phone was working until I remove my SD card and put it in my new phone. But everytime I rebooted my old phone each folder had to be reloaded again. Very annoying. Not sure if this Folder Organizer is set up for the newer develop phones yet?

I think you're correct. Same for me. He hasn't updated this app for sometime. It's too bad because it's a really cool app when it's working. I may have to find something else.
