No heart rate on automated Strava Sync

Hi Mathias, 

Thankyou very much for your App. I am one of a few pump and wing foilers in Madrid using it as we try to extend time on our our attempts at pump foiling.

Since I set up automatic sync with garmin / strava there is no heart rate data.  It synced when I did it manually.  What am I doing wrong?
