Proof Of Service/Request (feature?)

Is there a way to show an agency, e.g. LA County Sheriff Department, that an email was generated and sent from FOIA Machine on the date of the request? Without such a proof, I'm restarting the request process with the agency.

This would be really helpful in the instance where an agency says they have not received a request.

A corollary to this question is if there's a way to know if/when email delivery fails?
