Using groups for requests

I love FOIA machine, and I'm trying to get a team member to embrace it with the promise that we can see, share and monitor each others' request as we dig into an agency. I've successfully created a group, and ostensibly added group members, but I can't seem to figure out how to link us or request as a group. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
