Hi there, I was trying to file a federal request, but the machine thinks its Pennsylvania. Although EPA region 3 is in Pennsylvania, it's a federal request but I can't figure out how to fix this in my request form.

Thanks for the note. Since the database is crowdsourced there are occasionally classification issues like the one you've pointed out. EPA Region 3 has been updated to reflect it's status as a federal agency.
