Sort agencies alphabetically when filtering

I'm often filtering requests by agency to find and update individual requests. The dropdown for filtering by agency is not ordered alphabetically (seems to be chronological by date created?), so typing the first few characters of an agency name isn't useful when multiple agencies share the same first few characters.

It would be really useful if those dropdowns were ordered alphabetically so when I type "G" the dropdown takes me to where all the "G*" agencies are.
