Dear Matajis, and Prabhus,

 

Hare Krishna!  Please accept my obeisances.  All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

 

Many of you know Abhay Charan Prabhu from the Montreal area.  He is the devotee who designed and built the first very portable and easily transportable chariots in North America.  He has built more Ratha-yatra chariots and used the chariots in so many parades including: Montreal; Sanfrancisco; Washington D.C.; New York; Chicago; Toronto; Bloomington; Queens, NY; Philadelphia; and many more.  

 

He broke his leg recently and is on crutches, and not able to drive his truck.  He is scheduled to be in Philadelphia just one week from today, September 28, for the last major North American Ratha-yatra in 2013.

 

I'm writing all of you, so you can kindly extend your prayers for Abahay Charan Prabhu's rapid recovery.  Please send him an email with your prayers.  We've all heard how the blessings of Vaishnavas and Vaishnavis go a long way to help us in our service.  Please send your prayers to him.
