• Vijay - what's the deadline to get you signage requirements?
  
• Keshav - when can we submit expense reports? Is it the same template as last year? 
• A&C team - I think they are, but is the bus tour confirmed this year?

sorry for not getting back earlier re the bus tour. This year a boys only tour bus is coming from what we understand. Its younger teens but they are not doing anything extra on stage. There will just one drama by Maharaj using his regular crew or the bus tour boys.

However we have invited Anapayani mataji and she is coming with a couple of people from her crew and they will be doing a few Bharatnatyam performances on both days.

Some quick updates:

• Signage will be not be printed this year - I will explain below.
• Expense reports can be submitted, but I would like to know about them before submitting (see below)

Guys, unfortunately, it looks like this year's RY will be taking a serious budget crunch.  I have been asked to slash budgets for various reasons.  There will be some changes required for the festival and we will need to pinch pennies to make things work this year.  For that reason and also mainly due to lack of time, we are likely not going to print any signage this year.  For tents that have schedules, we will come up with some alternative ideas.  I will also need to bring down budgets for many teams.  I'm sorry about this.  But I'm confident that things will still work out ok!

Does this mean that we won't be spending any laxmi for official photograper and videographer this year?

If so, I think it is not a big problem we have our devotees who are willing to help out and we can do good :) and secondly, we have quit a lot of "standard" photos of Ratha Yatra from previous years..maybe it is even for a better.
