Parking concessions

Hare Krishna everyone ,
I'm so sorry totally forgot to ask who needs parking concessions this year ?
If you or your department will get affected by parking from Friday
through Monday on FOI festival days please reply back and cc Radha
Bhakti with the following information .:
Department name
,vehicle make, model and colour
License plate number
# Days you require this permit.

NOTE : this year we will be meeting some new officers so it is better
for us to be proactive and give them this information rather then
getting tickets .your deadline is end of the day today :)

Could you find out license plate numbers for all vehicles visiting us ?
Example FOI truck etc. ?

So far I have received information from only Arts & C and logistics departments.

Keshav - please try to send that list ASAP so I can compile it for Radha Bhakti for tomorrow's meeting.

Fellow committee members please note these concessions usually kick off from Fri to Mon afternoon only ..

But you still have to follow all parking rules .

Please be very careful that you don't get a ticket because they gave us hard time to get these tickets waived off last year.

These concessions should be used for the smooth functioning of the festival.

I very humbly request that this should not be extended to friends or families and encourage them to use paid parking instead .
Concessions are better used for large vehicles like FOI or rental trucks .
