There were several attempts for creating/generating an RDF vocabulary
for bibtex (I find a pure XML format, non RDF format as the one you
reference less interesting for our concerns).

 Some of the RDF-bibtex formats are (needless to say) referenced in the
ESWC article I pointed you at before, see the footnoes on p.10 therein:
