Teach time for education section?

Hi.
Should "education" section have startDate and endDate fields like
"work experience" section?
That seems to be significant information, isn't it?

I'm so glad to find this project. I've been loking for a way of
representing people experience in RDF for a long time.

I am not sure if start/end date applies to edu same as for work, but maybe you are right
(I tend to think of edu as an ongoing process, so for me what counts most is the qualification  date, but maybe that detail carries some value, so thanks for suggestion)

is it valid rdf? I havent had time to check, let us know of anything else
(we are adding 'other' to all menus)

Most social networks that I saw asked for start/end date of education
in user's profile. So in context of exporting social networks data
those fields would be useful.
Anyway, i think this FOAF extension will be very important for
representing user profiles in semantic way.
