openid4.me login no longer working

I've tried the following 2 sites:

1. http://identi.ca/main/openid ( Not a valid OpenID. )
2. http://open-v20.vocab.org/login  ( Authentication error; not a valid OpenID. )

And my openid at http://melvincarvalho.com/ seems no longer to let me in.

I can confirm (1) used to work for me

Could you try.

https://openid4.me/simpleLogin.php

I managed to login into all three sites listed using http://akbarhossain.com which is a simliar setup to http://melvincarvalho.com
