Hello,

I played a bit around with an experimental version (0.8.7) of the
Tabulator Firefox extenstion. Thereby, I discovered a feature to add
something on my FOAF profile (on foaf.me). However, it probably didn't
really work in the right way and now I have something like this:

<ns0:holdsAccount
rdf:resource="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#value"/>

in my FOAF profile (http://foaf.me/zazi#me). Any change to undo this
mistake?
Normally, I can't login at foaf.me :\

Cheers,

Bob

nocert

I know it's probably a bit stupid, but I'm not really into that stuff
and I missed a bit an explanation or help there on how to login.

Cheers,

Did you resolve this, on IRC seemed like you managed to log in ....

Not stupid at all, we're still creating the secure read/write web, and feedback helps make things better for everyone ...

Yes, for the editing task with Tabulator it works somehow at the end.
Although, it seems for myself a bit magic at the moment.

However, I tried to login at foaf.me by pushing the "Login to your
account" button. There I get always
"http://foaf.me/index.php?error=nocert". I mean the public key is in my
FOAf profile, but where is the private key then? I can't really follow
the "trust procedure" here (which is for example clear to me, when using
OpenId to login somewhere or my Twitter account to comment something
somewhere). You know what I mean? ;)

I read then also by rediscovering
http://foaf.me/?webid=http://foaf.me/zazi#me that editing my profile is
currently only possible by using Tabulator. However, I didn't get it to
manage it to add there a simply URL, which represents another online
account, but is probably more or less a Tabulator issue.

Okay, I'm very interested in applying this technique (WebId for
read/write web) someday. However, therefore I have to ensure that this
is also applicable to the end user.

Cheers,

Bob
