Hi,

As using C-Store we can store the images to any PACS. After sending some images if we need to delete that images from PACS than how we can do that? Any help?

Thanks,

Some PACS systems support DICOM Key Object Selection (KOS) as specified by the IHE integration profileImaging Object Change Management (IOCM). You could use that to delete images from the PACS. But i think it is quite new and there are not to many PACS system out there supporting this objects.
So you have to delete the images in the PACS application directly with the Enduser or Sysadmin GUI of the PACS.

I can confirm that such kos objects are rarely supported. I know some vendors who have implemented it and tested it successfully at the IHE Connectathons, but in real world at the customers there implementations are not active.
If you do not want to delete but to correct it (eg there is a badly windowed image sent and you want now to send a better image and delete the old one), it often works fine to send the new image with exactly the same UIDs like the old image. this is faulting dicom, but it works on many pacs systems.
