How do i change font size, text color of TextObjectSequence?

to Fellow Oak DICOM

I gsps file, there already have a value of DicomTag: TextColorCIELabValue.

But why when i display it to Weasis, the text color isn't changed.

Is it a problem of gsps file or a problem of Weasis?
