Urgent: Farewell

Hi,

the 3rd yrits have planned to give us a farewell chapo on 20 th already. Thy are almost finalized with almost everything, according to the norm Bye- Bye chapo happens before the farewell so what shld we do now?

Hello All!

Some of us have a suggestion that it would be easier for us to have the job chapo and the farewell chapo combined this year, owing to the large number of third yearites. Accomodation around 90-100 people in a place is going to be an issue and getting them all ready to go twice and collecting them is going to be another.

A lot of trips are also going these days, people are ging home also and section farewells are also there, not to forget the BTP evaluations.

Besides, economically also a chapo to 70 from roughly 35 will cast a heavy burden. If we have a combined chapo, we suggest that the bill be split in 50-50, with one portion of 50% divided in us 35 and the other 50% in their 70.

What say?

3rd years have already zeroed down on 20th April, with no clashes on that date, so  guess that should be fine too.
