We have received the following information for the coming VG Expo:

  Date                  March 12 to 14, 2023         

  Venue:              PNE Forum Building, ( 2901 East Hastings St.) Vancouver,                              Canada

 

 

 

 

Booth size:                                   10  x  10 sq. ft.

Booth rent:                                   $  1350.00

Square Footage:                          $.   100.00

GST:                                              $.    67.50

Total Booth cost:                         $. 1517.50

Deposit/ Advance / Booking       $.  758.75 (due 4 months prior to the show)

Balance                                         $.  758.75 (due 2 m0nths prior to the show)

Corner location surcharge:        $.  150.00 per corner

Each booth includes:                  8 ft drape, poles and a company sign.

 

1.     The advance payment is not refundable but can be adjusted in the next fair if the visa is not received, against the 20% administration extra charge.

2.     The confirmation of the visa depends upon your strong company profile and related Embassy.

3.     The invitation letter from organizer will be received with the 50% advance payment against invoice
