Greetings:

 

1- looks like we have the park problems under control, thank you Iney and all, for the input, all of us need to pitch our hand, and contribute to establish some order, and create the sharing culture.

 

2- if you can cook, please show up and help cook, need more food cooked, we're running out early, Thanks to Kara for making sure we have some food to serve.

 

3- we have new volunteer help us clean, need to welcome and integrate them in the group.

 

4- is the email reaching all new members, if email is not reaching all, may be we need to find another email list.

 

5- monthly meeting this Sunday.

question:  are we still having the first Sunday of the month free flea, as in bring your stuff to give away?

another thought:  could we have a notebook or paper there with a pen attached divided into 3 categories:
1)what worked for you
2)what didn't work for you
3)how can we make it work better

and ask for input from the crowd to hopefully let them assume more responsibility for how things go.
What do you think? 
One more:
How, in the confusion on Sundays do we recognize new members?  Hisham could you point them out at the meeting and introduce them, so we who they are?
