COMPANY: Vinh Tan 3 Energy Joint Stock Company. It is a joint venture between EVN and Hong-Kong based OneEnergy Group. The company was set up to support the Vinh Tan 3 Power Plant Project with the capacity of MWV 2,000 and total financing of US$2bil.
POSITION: Assistant Accounting Manager
REMUNERATION: Super attractive! I work here so I know how it is!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Make payment via cash and bank transfer.
2. Input data daily into Accounting System
3. Follow payable amount to ensure its payment schedule
4. Reconciliation of all accounts and to ensure cash balance month-end.
5. Preparation of VAT, PIT, WHT, CIT and other tax reports monthly
6. Examine, and analyze expenditures and related accounting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to work instruction, procedure, and policy.
5. Maintain and filling all accounting books, document, materials.
6. Follow fixed assets and its depreciation.
7. Perform duties relating to social insurance and health insurance for the staff.
8. Other assistance tasks as requested by the Chief Accountant.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
► KNOWLEDGE:
· Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
· Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules of Vietnam
· Knowledge of Accounting software, Financial analysis software and Spreadsheet software
· English Language Proficiency
► EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum Job requirements: University Degree in Finance and Accounting
·
Two year minimum experience that is directly related to the
duties and responsibilities specified.
► SKILLS:
· Mathematics — Using mathematics to solve problems.
· Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
