modify tests for #

Evaluate in a Let statement and test for EvaluationError = 0.
Previously a few tests did this, but I added it to all tests.

Add evaluateErrorActual, which tests for an evaluation error
returned by just the # function:

EvaluationError ( # ( $name ; $value ) )
